An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced ED&I practitioner who is passionate about improving patient experience to join the Liverpool Women’s EDI and Anti-Racism Hub Teams.

The post holder will be part of the newly created Anti Racism Hub and will be responsible for driving forward and co-ordinating the EDI agenda for patient focused ED&I. They will support the creation of inclusive services that provide equity of access, experience, and outcomes for our patients. They will support staff and managers across the Trust to put inclusion at the heart of everything they do.
They will support leaders across the organisation to improve the health equality outcomes for the local community accessing our services and equality outcomes for our staff (our people) at Liverpool Women’s.
They will work closely with the Patient Experience and Corporate Nursing Team to ensure we are providing care which meets the needs of our culturally diverse patient population.
They will Provide expert advice and leadership on implementing best practice in across the patient ED&I agenda, identifying and evaluating opportunities and implementing solutions to improve patient experience, access and outcomes.
They will lead the development and operational implementation of patient ED&I objectives. This includes stakeholder engagement, definition, and delivery of the implementation plan, developing a suite of metrics to monitor progress, and evaluation of the interventions.
