Senior Talent Acquisition Partner Purpose

To champion and grow the London market through outstanding talent acquisition, working with department heads to deliver stellar resourcing across all disciplines within the studio.

Role

Externally**: To champion the JKR brand externally, ensuring the talent experience is representative of the culture and values of JKR.

Internally: To deliver the vision for talent acquisition as defined by the Talent Acquisition Director in the London studio, in line with our business ambitions.

Reports to: Talent Acquisition Director

**Responsibilities**:
**Talent Acquisition**
- To champion outstanding talent acquisition, working with department heads to source the best talent to support our growth and ambitions.
- Partner with hiring managers to obtain a clear understanding of open positions and the briefs you will work on
- Support teams in defining capability requirements, providing support in updating job descriptions
- Execute inclusive interview processes, developed by TA Director
- Contribute to the annual marketing plan, bringing data from recruitment measurables to inform insight
- Gather and consolidate post-interview feedback, sharing recommendations and next steps with the hiring managers.
- When meeting talent who might not necessarily meet the ‘brief’ - challenge us to look beyond the brief.
- Grow and maintain knowledge of the branding sector and potential competitors for talent.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines across your areas of responsibility

**Marketing**
- Liaising with our marketing team to keep developing and implementing new strategies for reaching talent.
- Maintaining relationships with external partners to drive advocacy for the JKR brand
- To champion the JKR brand externally, ensuring the talent experience is representative of the culture and values of JKR.

**Communication**
- Listens actively and openly, demonstrating empathy and interpersonal skills
- Treats confidential information with the utmost respect, behaving in a discreet and ethical way
- Adapts communication style to audience and situation, whilst delivering a consistent message in the JKR tone of voice
- Facilitates discussions with objectivity, promoting positive outcomes

- Manage all agency recruiter relationships.

**Requirements**:

- 5-8 years’ experience as a senior recruiter with the ability to identify great talent - both for current and future roles
- Demonstrable track record of hiring Creatives/Designers
- Brand/Ad/Marketing In-house Agency Experience (Desirable)
- Track record of implementing new hiring processes and procedures
- Ability to think strategically beyond the daily requirements i.e. support the HR Director and Director of Talent Acquisition on delivery of strategic initiatives and projects
- Be an enthusiastic and collaborative team player with a strong drive and ambition to create a positive work environment and to deliver results
- A demonstrable ability to manage various stakeholder groups and shifting priorities
- Outstanding communication and influencing skills
- Be able to adapt your style, think on your feet and have a can-do mentality
