Freightserve recruitment are looking for an Export TCS operators to work a 4 days on 4 days off for a well established Freight Forwarder based in the Heathrow area.

**Key Accountabilities and responsibilities include**:

- Dealing with all time critcal shipments (including AOG's)
- Arranging collection from vendors
- Produce shipping documentation (Hawb, Mawb)
- Preparation of export entries in accordance with UK HMRC regulations
- Post Flights
- Job file invoicing
- Ensure all queries & complaints are investigated and responded to promptly, both from external, internal customers and suppliers
- Ensure customer invoicing is completed in a timely and accurate manner

**Experience requirements**:

- Experience in airfreight and knowledge of air industry is essential
- Strong Customer Service skills are essential.
- Effective written and verbal communications skills
- Excellent organisational skills with an ability to prioritise and manage high workloads in challenging situations and meeting deadlines
- Ability to make considered and consistent decisions
- Fast and accurate data entry
- A passion for excellence and a commitment to be the best
- High levels of energy, sound judgement and determination to achieve with a sense of urgency
- Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills
- An open minded consultative approach
- Ability to give and receive positive and constructive feedback
- Ability to creatively solve problems
- Attention to detail
- Minimum GCSE standard in English and Maths (or equivalent) essential
- Basic level of word and excel
