**Job Title**: Operations Coordinator
**Sector**: Renewables / Decarbonisation / Energy Efficiency (Heat Pumps, Solar PV, Insulation)
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Project Coordination**: Oversee day-to-day operational tasks related to renewable energy installations. Coordinate between various teams (technical, project management, and external contractors) to ensure project timelines are met.
- **Planning and Design**: Support the planning and design of new projects, ensuring technicians and contractors are appropriately assigned, and all operations are carried out safely and within budget.
- **Client and Team Communication**: Act as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders, providing updates on project timelines and addressing any operational issues. Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- **Health & Safety Compliance**: Ensure all site visits and projects adhere to relevant health and safety regulations. Coordinate site inductions for subcontractors and visitors, and assist in creating safety documentation.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a solid understanding of all the technologies we install to provide support to both clients and contractors.
**Who We Are Looking For**:
- **Experience**: Previous experience in operations, project coordination, or an administrative role within the renewables or construction industry is highly beneficial. Experience in ECO-related projects is a plus.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- **Communication**: Confident communication skills to liaise effectively with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Understanding of renewable energy systems (such as Heat Pumps and Solar PV) and familiarity with operational processes in the renewables sector.
- **IT Skills**: Proficiency in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and project management tools.
