Participate Administrator - Poole - Salary £18,000 Flexible Hours Part Time
A Participate Administrator is required for our client based in Poole working within the Participate team on the planning and delivery of events and programmes. You will be reporting to the Programme Manager and help support the team with administrationtasks such as processing invoices, participating in team meetings and managing the databases to help with development.
The salary for this role is £18,000 working 4 days per week. This is a flexible working role with a minimum of 26 hours per week.
Main responsibilities:
- Participate in team meetings by taking minutes, distributing actions and occasionally take lead on meetings
- Evaluate past events by creating feedback forms and gathering feedback data from artists and participants
- Support the team with the financial administration by processing invoices, leading on monthly freelance payments and coordinating with the finance team with other necessary tasks
- Create ID cards and lanyards for events and ensure that all participants in the events have an up-to-date DBS check
- Manage and maintain the databases to help with programme planning and development
- Use software to create and send out event mailers & scheduled mass mailers
- Input correct figures onto the database and monitor the figures for funders
- Support with onsite event organisation which will include visiting sites and creating briefing sheets for the events
Key skills:
- A strong experience within an Administration role is desirable
- Good knowledge of all Microsoft Office programmes
- Confident speaker and communicator across a range of people
- An interest in the Arts, specifically music would be an advantage
- Highly motivated and able to work independently
- Must have good organisation skills
