They are looking for an enthusiastic Technical Support Engineer Manager to join their rapidly growing teamin the UK. **Main responsibilities**:

- Manage the start to finish SOP function including the processing of new orders, management of moves, collections, and invoice preparation. Supporting SOP team by processing orders where appropriate
- Maintain good communication with the team - e.g. team meetings/performance reviews. Building relations within the team incorporating a one team attitude.
- Motivating team members, with positive approach and solution seeking.
- Overseeing order processing to achieve monthly targets
- Liaising with customers (internal & external) to meet delivery schedules and project roll outs
- Maintain communication internally to highlight potential breakpoints/challenges
- Finding, resolving and/or escalating potential difficulties/anomalies within the order pipelines
- Proven experience of managing or supervising a team
- Relevant degree/qualification and electrical engineering background
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in technical engineering functions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with main IT packages, SAP Enterprise, Outlook, MS Teams, CRM (Salesforce)
- You are strong in providing advice to installers and are service-oriented;
- You have extensive knowledge of solar panel technologies, inverters storage systems and mounting materials
- You are a team player, you like supporting colleagues to achieve team goals, share information and share technical knowledge
