**Part-Time Client Executive**
**Retreats & Hideaways - Windermere**

Are you passionate about luxury travel, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love delivering outstanding service? **Retreats & Hideaways** is looking for a personable, detail-oriented, and highly organised **Client Executive** to join our small, dedicated team on a part-time basis.

**About Us**

Retreats & Hideaways is a boutique collection of luxury properties throughout the Central Lake District. From opulent retreats with world-class interiors to charming chocolate-box cottages, we take pride in caring for exceptional homes and delivering unforgettable guest experiences.

**The Role**

This varied, hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys a balance of office-based tasks and on-the-ground property work. You’ll be a key point of contact for guests, property owners, and our trusted network of contractors.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Liaise with property owners to ensure smooth and transparent communication
- Coordinate third-party providers such as cleaners, maintenance teams, and contractors
- Handle day-to-day office administration: answering phones, filing, processing post, and maintaining records
- Visit properties for regular checks and guest preparation
- Support general operations and uphold the high standards of our brand
- Part-time, school hours with the option of flexible working.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Strong **customer service** skills with a professional and friendly manner
- **Highly organised** with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to **prioritise tasks** and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working in a **small team** and taking initiative when needed
- Experience in hospitality, property, or client service is desirable
- A good knowledge of the Lake District area is a bonus
- A full driving licence and access to a vehicle is required

**Role Details**
- **Part-time** (approx. 15 hours per week, some flexibility)
- School hours 9.30 am - 2.30 pm, 3 days per week.
- **Hybrid working** - Head office, combined with travel to properties in the Central Lake District
- Competitive hourly rate + mileage reimbursement for site visits
