As we continue to bring more unique homes to market, we are now looking for someone with a passion to learn about delivering client driven innovation, turning exciting concepts into reality and making the experience of buying and selling a home a pleasure.

You would be supporting our friendly and energetic team with every aspect of selling a home. This could include communicating the unique characteristics of our properties to potential buyers over the phone, helping on our creative styling shoots, or showcasing our stunning homes to viewers.

This is a great opportunity to learn all things ‘client delight’ with **NO INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE** required. Due to the nature of the role and need for local knowledge we will only consider applicants who can drive and live within a 30-minute radius of Windermere.

This is a full-time position, working 9:00 am to 5:00 pm **Tuesday to Saturday.**

Your goal is to assist in taking each property to market and achieve a successful sale, whilst navigating any challenges along the way. You will work closely with both our Team Executives and Client Executives to bring each project to fruition and ensure every property marketing campaign is the best we’ve ever created. Learning all aspects of this exciting industry, with world-class industry training helping you to build skills across the entire company.

**Responsibilities & duties**:
You will help to manage home sales through the entire start to finish (and beyond) process, this would include but is not limited to:

- Supporting the team to ensure world-class delivery
- Building great relationships with our clients
- Styling homes and making them look fabulous
- Presenting our beautiful homes to potential buyers on viewings
- Arranging as well as attending various marketing appointments
- Liaising with contractors and suppliers
- Always ensuring world class communication at every touchpoint
- Promoting the company on various social media platforms

**Desired skills**:
While no industry experience is required you need to be someone who **loves talking to people**and must be a **great listener.** With a muck-in, can-do, get-it-done mentality.
