**Job Purpose**
As a Team Leader your role is to lead, motivate and coach a team of Production Technicians in the MATA
Primary manufacturing areas. This will include creating a high performing team through training and
development, maintaining and improving GMP adherence and role modelling key behaviors. Other
duties will include recruitment, appraisals, and management of all team members to continuously
improve standards of professionalism.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prioritise effectively and organise, manage and publish working schedules to ensure

customer delivery dates are met whilst maintaining GMP requirements

and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Driving adherence to the ATL Quality Management
System - Change controls, Deviations, CAPAs etc
- Create effective training & development plans for all MATA team members whilst maintaining

operational effectiveness
- Strive to introduce improved ways of working in safety, quality, cost and delivery using lean methodologies

and working closely with direct and indirect teams
- Work collaboratively with other Team Leaders/Supervisors/Managers within ATL to ensure

business needs are met and a consistent approach is taken across all areas
- Coach team in daily problem solving and root cause analysis to provide strong solutions to eliminate

repeating issues
- Manage recruitment and headcount for the team

**Knowledge, Experience & Skills Required**
- Experience of working in a similar role in a GMP environment and or sterile environment
- Experience of leading and motivating a team
- Excellent attention to detail and able to work methodically
