Reporting to the Brand and Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Partner's key responsibilities are to deliver all digital marketing activity and content strategy across various digital platforms and social channels effectively promoting the Plumlife suite of brands, and our range of products and services. As part of the Plumlife Marketing team the postholder will have a key role to play in delivering brand and reputational growth and effectively harnessing online marketing channels and advertising opportunities to optimise our reach and engage our key audiences, as well as driving lead generation, and ensuring that Plumlife retains and builds on its market-leading position in the sector.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Provide a collaborative client-based service to each Plumlife sub-brand and team, working closely with the Marketing and Brand Manager to understand digital marketing requirements and deliver outcomes and campaigns to timescales and budget
- Design and create our overarching content strategy
- Write and curate engaging content for websites, portals and social media platforms, including video content, generating fresh ideas to reach and engage our target markets (B2B and B2C) and promote our brand effectively
- Create and schedule posts across all social media platforms, ensuring the content on our channels remains fresh, varied and relevant
- Design and deliver an SEO strategy which could cover many aspects of digital marketing activity
- Manage and maximise use of digital tools to support with the required work, such as SEMRush
- Develop and implement site-specific digital and social media strategies working closely with the Marketing Coordinator and Sales Managers
- Responsible for coordinating paid digital marketing campaigns including PPC, Google display networks and social media ads across LinkedIn, Instagram & Twitter
- Stay ahead of digital marketing best practices, researching market trends and competitor activities, to inform and enrich our approach and content strategy
- Conduct campaign monitoring and post-campaign analysis, providing feedback and data-driven solutions and ideas on how to adapt the future approach to drive more traffic and increase conversions
- Measure and report on activity, performance, ROI and growth across our digital platforms and channels
- Strategy and monitoring of online review sites
- Liaise with IT, our Communications team and external agencies as appropriate where we experience digital issues to resolve this in a timely way
- Increase engagement rates and followers
- Develop new social media audiences where appropriate, including bringing Plumlife onto TikTok
- Support in the scoping and procurement of our new CRM
- Drive value for money through best use of paid for digital and social advertising opportunities and conduct ongoing ROI analysis across marketing activity
- Coordinating creation of graphic and video content via design agencies where required
- Ensure all advertising campaigns and marketing content and messaging created by the team adheres to relevant funding and legislative requirements
- Ensure our Brand and Tone of Voice guidelines are adhered to across all digital channels.
**QUALIFICATIONS & PROFESSIONAL MEMBERSHIPS**:
- Relevant degree or equivalent qualification
- 3 years+ in a Digital Marketing role
**EXPERIENCE & SKILLS**:
- Demonstrated experience of working within a similar Digital Marketing role, ideally within the Property/Homebuilding sector
- Experience of content design, including video marketing
- Experience of Google Analytics, SEO and PPC
- Experience of managing an optimising a CRM database for marketing
- Ability to bring forward innovate ideas in digital marketing
- Experienced in creating social media posts across all channels
- Demonstrated experience of content creation for digital marketing
- Excellent attention to detail
- Great communication skills, and can evidence experience and commitment to building and managing relationships with internal and external customers, colleagues, stakeholders and external partners and suppliers
- Ability to think creatively and respond to new market trends to help evolve our digital marketing approach and strategies
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to complete tasks in an accurate and timely manner when working under pressure.
- Good written and verbal communication
- The ability to develop and project a positive image of Plumlife/Great Places through personal, written and oral skills.
- Ability to develop Great Places' profile with a variety of partners and generate new business.
- Ability to liaise with other departments to ensure delivery of wider corporate goals.
- Ability to produce accurate and concise reports.
- An ability to recognise, develop and effectively promote new opportunities for Great Places.
