**Service Team Coordinator**
Caledonia Fire and Security Limited are a specialist fire alarm and electronic security contractor, installing and maintaining detection systems to a wide variety of customers throughout Scotland.

We have an opportunity for a Service Coordinator to join our team at Kirkcaldy.
**Main Responsibilities**:
**Scheduling**
- Coordinate and optimise the daily schedules of the Company’s service technicians to minimise travel time and ensure efficient servicing.
- Plan and book maintenance and callout activities, prioritising effective use of engineering resources.
- Schedule maintenance visits to meet contractual requirements also raise routine service jobs and reactive calls on our call management software.
**Administrative Support**
- Update and maintain customer databases with key documentation, such as contact details, inspection certificates, quotations, and system equipment detail.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date keyholder details for customer sites.
**Essential Skills & Qualifications**
- Strong communication and customer care with the ability to resolve service issues effectively and efficiently whilst working collaboratively with others.
- Excellent organisational skills with a specific focus on multi-tasking to meet demanding deadlines. An assertive and confident decision-maker demonstrating exceptional attention to detail.
