You will have the chance to learn new skills and knowledge in this very rewarding work. You will grow in confidence as you complete the necessary training to improve your practice. We have trained several successful apprentices who are now fully fledged and confident practitioners.

Skills/Qualifications required:

- GCSE Grades A-C in Maths and English

Whilst with Superkids you will gain:
A thorough knowledge of EYFS and Ofsted standards;
Exemplary practice in relation to safeguarding;
Further qualifications, e.g. Paediatric First Aid, Safeguarding, etc;
An ability to work on your own initiative with the support of your colleagues;
Sensitivity to the needs of the children, parents and community we serve;
An ability to work as part of a team.
