Atalian Servest is currently recruiting for an Administrator to join our passionate and driven Commercial Pricing team in Bury St Edmunds

**Your primary responsibilities will include**:

- Supporting Lead Estimator with various administration tasks
- Requesting quotations from subcontractors
- Reviewing queries from subcontractors and providing suitable responses
- Reviewing quotations from subcontractors against client specifications
- Inputting data onto the Pricing Workbook and Sharepoint folders while ensuring data accuracy
- Reviewing local SME’s and identifying new subcontractors

**About You**:

- Experience in administration
- Good attention to detail
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft packages, particularly MS Excel
- Written and oral communication skills / interpersonal skills
- Willing to learn and support the wider team from an administration perspective
