We are looking for a Team Leader to work for our contract in the Bracknell area.
Working as part of a team of operatives. Responsible for carrying out a variety of horticultural tasks including grass cutting using ride-on, pedestrian mowers and strimmers, shrub bed maintenance and hedge cutting, within schools and park settings. There will also be an expectation to initial mark pitches for both summer and winter sports. Having a driving license is essential as driving both ride-on mowers and company vehicles is a routine part of daily working patterns.
Key Tasks:

- Operating plant and machinery, and company vehicles
- Working on a variety of horticultural tasks to a standard as laid out by contract specification
- Line marking and initial marking to plans and instructions submitted by the client
- Maintaining of records relating to health and safety and machinery / vehicle inspections.
- Reporting of any defective equipment found on-site to line management.

Full Driving license & Initial marking of sports pitches will be essential for the position, PA1/6 would be advantageous but not essential.
The role will require a DBS check.

Salary to be discussed at interview stage depending on experience.
