**The Role**:
We are looking for staff to work in our Loading and Dispatch area.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Openness to develop & learn new skills within a manufacturing and factory environment
- A keen eye for detail and ability to follow picking lists accurately
- Common sense and sound judgement in practical matters
- Good communication skills, self-confidence and an ability to work to deadlines
- Experience of loading trailers and driving a forklift would be a benefit but not essential as full training will be given.
- Flexible to work overtime during peak season to ensure we meet delivery times and our customer’s expectations is essential

Usual working week is Monday-Friday (40 hours) though you need to be flexible as the ability to work overtime during peak season is essential to ensure we meet our customers expectations.

**Salary**: £11.10-£11.40 per hour
