**Base: King’s Lynn**

You will be required to provide a full grounds maintenance support service supporting Property Services in all areas, across all college property as required. You must have previous experience in a similar role and the ability to understand and adhere torisk assessments/method statements. You must have experience of use of grounds associated equipment and machinery, inclusive of ride on mowers etc. You must have a Level 2 grounds/ horticultural based qualification or equivalent and spraying certificates PA1and PA6 or equivalent, or willingness to obtain. You must have a Level 2 English and Maths (GCSE A*-C,9-4 or equivalent) and a first aid certificate or be willing to obtain.

We offer an excellent package including a generous annual leave allowance, plus five College closure days (pro-rata for part-time), fee waivers on some College courses, a contributory pension scheme and support with training and development.
