We are recruiting at Hertford Regional College (HRC) a Head of Quality to join the outstanding Quality Team at the state of art facilities at the Broxbourne campus.

About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic individual to support with understanding performance of students and staff across all provisions and drive a culture of continuous improvement.

As the Head of Quality, you will support managers across the college and deliver training through staff development activities, guidance and support for teaching staff and managers preparing them with the skills they need to secure exceptional progress for their students. You will be appointed as the Quality Nominee for awarding bodies and external verifiers in relation to course approvals and external verification for all provision types across college.

About You

You will have a proven track record of providing coaching and support to colleagues resulting in sustained improvements in teaching, learning and assessment. Experience of quality systems and relevant knowledge of all provision types with managing high quality delivery of the provision. You should demonstrate good working relationships with external stakeholders such as awarding organisations, employers, parents and carers.

This role would suit someone who is confident and enthusiastic. Effortlessly adapt new initiatives and keep calm under pressure. Can work in a collaborative manner to lead and inspire others in a team.
