**Job Overview**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic restaurant team. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a high-quality dining experience. You will be responsible for various tasks, including food preparation, maintaining food safety standards, and assisting customers with their needs. If you have a passion for the culinary arts and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
**Duties**
- Prepare and roll sushi, Japanese food
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
- Assist with the upselling of menu items to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Provide support to team members during busy periods to ensure efficient service.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic maths for order processing.
- Engage with customers to provide assistance and address any inquiries or concerns.
- Participate in training sessions to improve culinary skills and knowledge of menu offerings.
**Requirements**.
- Training will be provided
- Knowledge of food safety practices is an advantage.
- Strong time management skills to effectively prioritise tasks during peak hours.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
- Excellent communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting.
