Our Barnardo's Works team in Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire delivers employability programmes supporting young people in Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire. We deliver a range of local initiatives funded by local authority and/or our national employability programmes funded by Scottish Government.
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Administration & Finance Officer (full-time, 36.25 hours) to join our team, working from our Union Point, Aberdeen office. You will provide support to our Service Manager, Team Manager and front-line project workers and also liaise with our accounts and finance team. This post is central to our delivery to ensure we meet our budget responsibilities, audit and compliance requirements for funders and ensuring our day-to-day admin systems run effectively for our Service.
