**JOB TITLE**: Care at Home Support Worker

**JOB TYPE**: Full time 37.5 hours - 4 days on, 4 days off. _A full UK driving licence is essential_. (work vehicle will be available for post)

**SALARY**:£24570-£25545 (Pro Rata)

Centred is a progressive charitable company based in the Highlands that supports people through mental ill health toward mental well-being. Our services are based in Caithness, Easter Ross, Inverness, and Lochaber. Centred Recovery Centre, based in Inverness, is a centre that provides support and accommodation for up to 23 service users.

Due to the expansion of our Caithness Support Service, we are recruiting for a Social Care Worker to join our team. This service assists individuals in the community to live independently and provides a Care at Home service.

**JOB SUMMARY**
- Ordering, collecting and administration of medications
- Food and fluid preparation
- Skin integrity management
- Working in partnership with other professionals to ensure person centred support is delivered.

Previous experience in care is desirable however not essential as full support and training will be offered. An SVQ in care would be advantageous.
