Do you want to be part of a team that makes a real difference in people’s lives every day? **Centred** is looking for compassionate, motivated **Social Care Workers** in **Wick** to support individuals experiencing mental ill-health on their journey toward recovery and independence.

**We're looking for Social Care Workers to work in both our Housing Support and Care at Home teams, on a full-time, part-time or Relief basis.**

As a **Social Care Worker**, you’ll be a vital part of someone’s support network. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Building supportive, trusting relationships with service users
- Helping individuals develop life skills, improve their wellbeing, and achieve personal goals
- Supporting people through daily tasks, rehabilitation activities, and crisis situations
- Collaborating with colleagues to provide holistic, person-centred care
- Promoting autonomy, choice, and respect in all aspects of care
- Being adaptable and responsive to the evolving needs of those we support
- Have a genuine commitment to supporting others
- Respect and value diversity, individuality, and mental health recovery
- Be open to learning and development, including SVQ qualifications
- Be flexible, adaptable, and proactive in your approach to care
- Communicate clearly and with empathy—both verbally and in writing
- Be comfortable working varied shift patterns, including evenings and weekends
