** Sales Account Executive**

IMMEDIATE START - FANTASTIC OPPORTUNITY

**£35K -£40k + plus bonus scheme**

**Fully remote/home based**

Our client is looking for looking for a hard-working and ambitious Sales Account Executive to join a sales and marketing team. Whilst sales experience is required, ideally within a business-to-business services environment, we are particularly looking forsomeone who will bring ambition and a strong work ethic and will respond to the opportunities and freedom our client has to offer.

**Your Experience and Skills**
- Experience and proven sales success working in sales roles, preferably business-to-business
- Experience of selling I.T. professional services and/or knowledge of Oracle solutions would be an advantage **but is not essential**:

- An ability to maintain data on CRM database (Salesforce) to ensure data relating to prospects and opportunities remains up-to-date and support sales and marketing delivery and reporting
- An aptitude and/or experience in data analysis is also highly desirable
- The Sales Account Executive will be responsible for owning and delivering the following activities:

- Building out new prospects in the CRM system, by combining company and contact data from multiple sources
- Identify the relevant people to speak to in target organisations and securing conversations with those individuals
- Social prospecting, using social channels to target and approach prospects with a view to identifying sales opportunities and securing meetings
- Telesales, including building relationships and promoting propositions by phone with a view to identifying sales opportunities and securing meetings
- Delivering relevant (i.e. targeted) and effective messages in sales conversations with prospects
- Securing and arranging meetings with potential customers
- Networking at events
- An ability to multitask, co-ordinate activities and meet deadlines
- Excellent all-round computer systems competence, and especially for Microsoft Office, to support your day-to-day activities

**Requirements**:

- Good data analysis skills with an interest and aptitude to look for and derive insights from CRM data
- Self-confidence in all aspects of dealing with colleagues, customers and prospects
- Proven ability to operate effectively individually and within a team
- A natural networker: Exceptional communication and inter-personal skills and the ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with colleagues, customers and prospects

**Package**

In addition to the usual pay and benefits, this role also offers a performance-related bonus scheme with opportunities to earn significantly above base salary for successfully arranging qualified sales meetings and closing sales opportunities.
