**Team Leader - Repairs**

**(c£42k + annual car allowance £4,446)**

**40 hours per week**

We are looking for a Team Leader to lead and manage our Repairs team as we strive to deliver a first time fix to our customers through our high quality responsive repairs service, part of our Homefix team. Our Homefix brand provides high-quality responsive repairs and planned works service to our customers. The works are carried out by the following trade teams: Gas and Plumbing, Electrical, Neighbourhood Improvement, Repairs, and Planned Works.

As one of two Repairs Team Leaders, you will manage a dedicated in-house trade team with partnering support from selected contractors who share Saxon Weald’s commitment to delivering first class services to our customers.

**To be successful in this role you will need to**:

- Have experience of successfully managing a team within a construction or repairs environment.
- Have a proven track record of utilising data to drive continuous improvement
- Be able to proactively build good working relationships
- Demonstrate a good understanding of health and safety legislation and practice
- Be highly organised, able to balance and prioritise conflicting demands on your time
- Have confidence in using in house IT and data management systems (training will of course be provided)
- Have great attention to detail, excellent communication skills and work with the principle of ‘One Team’
- Housing Association experience and good construction knowledge, evidenced by BTEC/NVQ, would be an advantage
- Salary level based on skills and experience
- Car Allowance of £4,446 per annum
