We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, talented and clinically experienced team lead, who can function well independently as well as within the multi-disciplinary team.

A good team leader is someone who is enthusiastic, clinically experienced and motivated to promote the best possible outcomes for our patients. You will be an excellent communicator and will be able to show initiative in an environment which is often busy, dynamic but rewarding. Along with the generic responsibilities you would expect such as supervising the team, meeting quality targets and working within a specified budget, you will also be expected to build trusting relationships with local partners and be instrumental in the further development of our service as it continues to grow.

You will be fully supported and empowered to make a difference and to creatively develop new ways of working. We would love a team leader who wishes to develop their leadership and management skills and we will facilitate this with regular supervision, training and development opportunities and support from a professional, friendly leadership team who are committed to providing high quality care.

You will be supported to have the capacity to development your leadership skills and assist with the development of the service alongside your colleagues.

You will be joining a friendly leadership team who are motivated and empowered to make a difference. You will be supported and given capacity to creatively develop different ways ways of working.

There will be opportunities to participate in the development of community services involving primary care services and the third sector.
