**Job Summary**:
We’re looking for friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable Food & Beverage Assistants to join our team at our brand-new café, Caffi Eryri within the busy Adventure Parc in Dolgarrog. This hands-on role involves serving food and drinks, supporting children’s soft play and birthday parties, and ensuring an excellent guest experience in a clean and safe environment. Ideal for someone who enjoys working with families and thrives in a fun, fast-paced setting.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Café Service**
- Prepare and serve food and drinks, including barista-style coffee and grab-and-go items.
- Operate tills, handle payments, and assist customers with menu enquiries.
- Keep service areas clean, stocked, and compliant with food hygiene and safety standards.
- Follow all food handling, allergen, and cleaning procedures as trained.

**Soft Play & Party Support**
- Greet and check in guests using the soft play area.
- Assist with the setup, hosting, and clean-up of children’s birthday parties.
- Help deliver party food and provide friendly, energetic support during activities.
- Ensure the play area is clean, safe, and well-supervised at all times.

**Customer Service**
- Deliver excellent customer service with a positive and approachable attitude.
- Respond to customer questions, feedback, or complaints appropriately and promptly.
- Support the wider team during busy periods to maintain smooth operation of the café and play areas.

**Requirements**:

- Friendly, enthusiastic, and confident interacting with children and families.
- Strong customer service skills with a team-player attitude.
- Good awareness of hygiene and cleanliness in food service environments.
- Willingness to undergo **a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check** due to the child-facing nature of the role.
- Flexibility to work weekends, school holidays, and busy event days.

**Desirable**:

- Previous experience in a café, hospitality, or customer-facing role.
- Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 1 or 2 preferred - training can be provided).
- First Aid or safeguarding training.
- Experience working with children (e.g., in play centres, schools, or activity venues).
- Barista or kitchen experience.
