Having worked closely with this firm for the last 7 years, we have placed the majority of their staff with them, so know them very well. They are a highly ethical and forward thinking Chartered Wealth Management business. Due to an increase in business demandsfrom new and existing clients, they are now looking for an additional Financial Administrator to support the Paraplanners and Advisers. They pride themselves on the quality of service they provide their clients with, taking a truly holistic long-term approach,which has created excellent client retention and an ever increasing number of referrals and recommendations. You will be working under the Head of Financial Planning Administration, who I placed there just over 3 years ago. She is an excellent man managerand takes great pride in the structured support she provides her team, enabling them to not only improve their skills set, but also technical competencies, which allows them to speak to clients and colleagues alike, with greater confidence. The Financial Administrationteam are a very close-knit group of people, that truly support each other in not only the day to day demands of the role, but also with their studies, as they are all working towards their CII level 4 diploma, which the company sponsors.
