IFA Administrator - benefits and study support.
Are you an experienced financial administrator dealing all aspects of a wealth management. Our client, a Chartered Independent Financial Advisor (IFA) based in City of London who have a loyal HNW client bank of local private individuals. This medium sized firmis well established and respected. This job is to join their full administration, paraplanning and support team.
Due to the organic growth and lots of new business coming into the practice, the team is seeking a new Financial Administrator to join the team and support the entire function of the business. You will be working on obtaining clients' financial details, writingletters of authority and valuation, onboarding new clients, conducting AML checks, speaking to product providers and preparing all meeting documents and necessary resources. You will take a leading role in managing the back office system.
This role will be suitable for a Financial Administrator with experience in a wealth management setting or a fresh graduate who is keen to get stick in and learn but with a good academic background and ideally someone who is studying or wishes to study towardstheir Diploma (DipPFS or DipFA). But this is not essential.
You will benefit from study support for any exams you are undertaking, accessible parking, extensive exposure to working with Paraplanners and an experienced adviser. You will receive a full induction, a generous holiday allowance as well as an excellent pensioncontribution and you will be enrolled onto the bonus scheme.
