**Job Title: Logistics Operative**

**Location: Heathrow and Slough**

**Pay: £30,000 + Overtime & Bonus**

**Permanent - Immediate**

**Monday - Friday days**

I’m currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse & Logistics coordinator to join a large global blue chip business specialising within the movement and installation of highly sensitive data and equipment.

**You will need a driving license for this role.**

**Responsibilities**
- Collection and delivery of products according to the agreed schedule.
- Work closely with our main client in Frankfurt, ensuring an efficient and positive working relationship. - Organization and coordination of deliveries to various data centers in Frankfurt and Germany.
- Communicate with colleagues and clients daily and plan upcoming activities.
- Receiving, checking, and receiving shipments to the site facility.
- Assists with warehouse operations as needed.
- Electronic recording of daily vehicle safety checks, fuel consumption and service records.
- Report to the team leader - Frankfurt (advisory person) all day.
- Preparation of all digital and manual documentation in accordance with company and client procedures
- To ensure all documentation is kept up-to-date and shared appropriately (ie amended on site if work schedule changes).

**Skills**
- Adherence to all regulations for the performance of duties, including, but not limited to, regulations for the uniform performance of employees.
- Following the specified route and timetable, as well as immediate notification of changes.
- The loading and unloading, preparation, inspection and operation of the transport vehicle, as well as the immediate notification of emerging problems.
- Satisfying and managing multiple customer and supplier needs both domestically and internationally.
- Compliance with all requirements set by tachographs and amended from time to time.
- Operate a 'parts van' on a route between customer sites.
