**Role Overview**:
**Core duties & responsibilities**:

- Driving and working as part of a team, using HTML coding and formatting
- Planning, organisation and prioritisation of tasks
- Ensuring the Team and all associated parties are kept up to date on progress on scheduled tasks, with any issues immediately escalated
- Liaise with various areas of Equiniti and 3rd party providers regarding mailing content and format requirements
- Complete daily/monthly statistics and performance dashboards to monitor business demands
