**Store Team Leader**

As one of the largest Hair & Beauty wholesalers in the UK, Aston & Fincher relies on the exceptional customer service and care provided by our Store Team Leader.

**The Position**

We are looking for an enthusiastic Store Team Leader to assist the Store Manager, ensuring the smooth management of the store, staff and stock. Your role is to help create a high performing, motivated and engaged team. You will lead by example to the rest of the team performing routine store tasks to the set standard, compliantly. Working with the team to deliver on time and in full customer orders and or services, ensuring the smooth running of the store. You will be expected to manage the store in the Store Manager’s absence

**Responsibilities**
- In conjunction with the team ensure daily tasks are completed as set out by store management, e.g. order processing and merchandising
- As a key holder you will be required to open and close the store when necessary
- Conduct training with team members and ensure all tasks can be completed competently
- Being an expert in all thing A&F and what we offer as a business
- Working to achieve store targets, understanding how your own performance contributes to A&F success
- Deliver a great personalised customer experience, building a rapport with customers
- Take ownership of the promotional and furniture sales
- Using in store systems and working compliantly, adhering to policies and procedures in relation to store standards, Health & Safety, cash management, security, stock management, refunds, discounts, and ordering
- Taking ownership for own development with support from store management
- Sharing best practise with colleagues and attending meetings.
- Working with your team to ensure store appearance is to standard and clean, taking pride in where you work
- Effective debt management ensuring customers are within contractual terms.
- When necessary, make customer deliveries to ensure customer expectations are always met
- Assist the store manager to resolve any staff related issues and queries

- Someone who is motivated to work to targets and deadlines
- Excellent communicator
- Able to adapt to the business needs

**Working Hours and Job Location**

The working hours for this role are 39 hours a week

Monday to Thursday 8.15am - 5.00pm, Friday 8.15am - 4.00pm

Saturday and Sunday 9.00am - 4.00pm on a rota basis, this will include a minimum of one weekend per month.
