**Head of Digital Customer Experience**

**Salary £90,000 - £110,000**

**Crawley/ Hybrid**

As Head of Digital Customer Experience you will own digital development and delivery, setting the organisations strategy to drive engagement and interaction. Working into the Chief Commercial Officer and leading a growing team, this an opportunity to makean impact leading this successful company into their next exciting chapter.

**We are looking for**
- Proven track record in a leadership role within Digital Customer Experience, Digital Product or Digital Strategy
- Successfully created and delivered impactful Customer Experience Strategies
- Experience of working within a highly regulated industry
- Proven ability to lead teams to deliver cutting edge digital services to engage customers, improve customer satisfaction and commercial results
- Experience in managing Product Management and Web Development teams as well as commercial budget
- Strong negotiation skills, data and insight focused

**Key responsibilities for the Head of Digital Customer Experience**:

- Working across consumer and business areas, you will set the customer journey into a road map of projects and initiatives with clear outcomes and targets
- Develop a road map of change, creating a digital first organisation
- Strategically own and product manage key business areas driving products, creating a successful customer journey online
- Develop offline CX activities
- Manage third part tech providers and product partners
- Bring in best User Experience practice, customer first design to all digital services, experiences and propositions
- Manage a growing team of product managers
