Sales Consultant

Realistic OTE £50K

£25,000 Basic Salary + Commission Structure

Our client is looking for a confident, focused and target driven Sales Consultant to join their team, to work alongside their progression and underwriting teams.

Key responsibilities include:

- Hitting targets by extracting high quality buyers from the buyer pool (via inbound and outbound calls) and converting into viewings
- Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers to a successful conclusion
- Proactively mining the lead database, to generate new valuations for the Valuation Centre, with a view for these to become listings for SOLD
- Taking part in scheduled call-out sessions to maximise lead conversion
- Organising and structuring viewings in a manner that creates urgency and encourages immediate decision making from buyers
- Engaging the buyer database proactively to tender any new listings to maximise our clients’ chances of selling their property - matching properties to the buyer database as soon as a new listing becomes available
- Obtaining viewing feedback from potential buyers and delivering to vendors at speed
- Obtaining supporting documents and evidence from buyers to substantiate offers and passing on to the Sales Progression Team
- Pitching price reductions to clients for stock that hasn't sold/ is receiving little interest
