We have **two**exciting opportunities at Hillarys to join our Management Designate Programme based in Nottingham. If you’re looking to kick-start a new career or just completed your studies, our Management Designate programme is designed to provideyou with the skills and knowledge you’ll need to be suitable for future management opportunities across our business.

Hillarys are part of the Hunter Douglas group, so this is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced and expanding business, whilst getting experience and understanding of business functions across multiple brands.

You’ll get to understand the end to end customer journey, and spend time training and operating within the various functions of our outstanding Contact Centre and UK Sales department.You’ll also have responsibility of some day to day duties of a BusinessDevelopment Manager and obtain a full understanding of our self-employed advisor network, including attending and completing the full advisor training programme, and selling and installing our market leading products. As part of the Management Designate trainingprogramme you will complete training in the field including visits to customers’ homes.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are essential, and a high degree of proficiency with Microsoft packages and video conferencing will help you to hit the ground running. You’ll be a confident presenter, commercially focused tenacious,determined and enthusiastic with strong attention to detail.

You’ll be a disciplined self-starter with the ability to manage your own time and productivity to achieve deadlines and targets. As an ambitious individual, you’ll strive to support your own self development and demonstrate an ability to take on board feedbackto develop skills whilst maintaining a positive, problem solving attitude.
