Our client based in Central London is looking to recruit a **Salesforce Administrator. HYBRID ROLE.**
Primarily your responsibility as a Salesforce Administrator is to provide the routine administration of the Salesforce platforms and its associated Apps. You will provide first line support and advice to the users in order to ensure they can use it as effectivelyas possible in delivering their services.
**The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for**:
- Providing routine administration and first line user support for Salesforce platform and its associated apps, ensuring that the database is well maintained and that users are able to make best use of its functionality.
- Provide all administration of the Salesforce system, within the limits of training and experience, ensuring optimum levels of availability and functionality.
- Assist with data protection compliance, identifying possible technical or procedural weaknesses and alerting the Salesforce Manager or Head of Compliance to suspected data breaches.
- Provide training for new users, and supplementary training for existing users as required & training documentation
- Interpret data requirements and give advice on the use of data and the production of reports.
- Maintain and develop reports, dashboards, validation rules, custom workflows and processes under the supervision of the Salesforce Platform Manager.
- Conduct technical testing and coordinate user testing of new functionality or upgrades, as required.

- Educated to degree level (or with good A-Levels and strong technical credentials), preferably in a technical or business-related field.
- ADM201 qualified.
- Good understanding of Salesforce integration with some of the following:
- Clicktools, DotDigital, Conga, Outlook Integration
- Capable Microsoft Office user, with strong skills in Microsoft Excel (Essential)
**Experience**:
- Minimum of two years’ experience as a Salesforce Administrator, post ADM201 qualification.
- Proven experience of Salesforce CRM configuration, including the use of Flow, process builder, validation rules, profiles, and permissions.
- Proven experience of developing complex reports and dashboards.
- Experience of working with Salesforce Communities an advantage.
- Proven ability to gather and document user requirements a distinct advantage.
