Furthermore, this role will be mainly based remotely with 1/2 days working in the office. This is a fantastic opportunityworking for a dynamic organisation and you must be available at short notice.

**Assistant Management Accountant - About the Role**

In this role you will be working within a finance team of 6 and will be reporting directly into the Financial Controller. In this role you will be assisting with the preparation of the monthly management accounts whilst also supporting the companies accountspayable process. This role will suit an individual who enjoys working in a varied role within a fast-paced environment.

Your key responsibilities will be:

- Assisting with the production of monthly management accounts.
- Ensuring company policy/procedures for authoring invoices are adhered to.
- Processing multi-currency invoices and expenses.
- Assisting with the implementation of new internal systems/controls.
- Posting bank transactions and resolving any supplier queries.
- Assisting with the preparation of supplier payments by BACS.
- Manage shared accounts inbox and supporting with any additional duties.

**The successful Assistant Management Accountant will have**:

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience within a finance team
- Working knowledge of Quickbooks would be beneficial
- Strong Excel skills
