Our client is an International Organisation who employ 1000’s of people and are seeking a Sales consultant to help them with growth in their Building solutions division.They specialize in keeping buildings smart and safe and even making it possible tobreathe new life into the working environment.On their behalf we are seeking a Sales consultant,someone who is a hunter for new business and not simply an account manager.An understanding of how purchasing is managed within the healthcare sector wouldbe particularly beneficial.

We are looking for a passionate and driven Business/Sales Consultant to be a key member of the sales team, using your sales experience and technical knowledge to provide their customers with market leading smart building HVAC and Security solutions. Themotivation and drive to achieve sales targets and an ability to succeed in a fast-paced and highly competitive environment is critical.You are therefore a Sales Consultant, a doer and not someone who sits back and manages accounts.We are seeking a SalesConsultant who can bring in new Business and you will be provided with all the necessary tools to achieve in the exciting healthcare market.

The Business/Sales Consultant proactively leads, manages, and executes the disciplined sales process from start to finish pursuing opportunities within the Building Solutions environment. You will establish strategic relationships and have a vision and abilityfor developing a committed customer, anticipating customer needs and requirements ensuring that they are met every step of the way.

Your role as the Sales Consultant will be to deliver profitable growth in the form of new customers and new opportunities to assist with the Operating Plan for the organisation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Value-selling of the Buildings Solutions portfolio.
- Responsible for Driving the sales pipeline at Public, and private sector healthcare customers through multiple channels.
- Develop strategic relationships with potential customers, to open opportunities.
- Be involved in organising customer events and training workshops to expand on the company offering and facilitate the understanding of the companies offerings.

**Qualifications/Experience**
- Ideally you should have aBachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience in the building technology arena and /or healthcare sector is beneficial.
- Have experience selling into construction sectors with regards to Commercial Buildings.
- Have the experience of being involved in the long sales cycle.
- You should have been involved with complex sales processes in large organizations.
- You must be able to convey and articulate a value proposition to customers

The base salary for this position will be £65-75k with a car, bonus and excellent benefits.
