**Job Summary**:
We have a exciting opportunity to join the Training & Development team as a Sales Trainer. Working within the People team, you will be passionate about delivering an outstanding training and coaching experience for our customer support teams at Cazoo.
Working closely with our design team, you will be someone who thrives upon creating engaging, captivating and inspiring content for delivery to our customer facing teams to further develop their sales knowledge. **About this role and the impact you will have**:
- The Sales Trainer will be responsible for creating and delivering training programs that will improve the skills and knowledge of our customer facing teams. This includes designing content, materials, and delivery methods that are engaging and effective.
- Carry out regular performance coaching (both side by side and remote) with individuals across Cazoo.
- Conduct training sessions for sales teams on various topics such as sales techniques, product knowledge, customer service, and sales processes. The trainer will use a variety of methods such as classroom instruction, role-playing, and hands-on activities to help sales reps develop their skills.
- Working closely with the Customer Support Management team, Logistics Management team and broader teams to assess the training needs of sales teams and create customised training programs that address those needs.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest sales trends, techniques, and technologies. The successful trainer will incorporate new ideas into training programs to keep sales teams ahead of the curve.
- Work closely with sales managers to ensure that training programs are aligned with business goals and objectives. The successful trainer will provide regular updates on training progress and results.
- Providing detailed and constructive feedback to delegates throughout their learning journey.
- Utilise different coaching styles and techniques to develop a broad range of skills leveraging different channels e.g. video sessions, digital content.
- Able to work as part of a wider team and independently with the ability think on your feet and manage ad hoc people and training situations that may occur
- Comfortable running classroom-style training as well as virtual and digital workshops.
- The role holder will be required to travel between our Customer Support centres and cross our network of Customer Collection Centres.
**We're looking for some with**:
- A deep understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and processes.
- Demonstrable skills in facilitating exciting and engaging training experiences.
- An eye for detail and a focus on quality.
- Demonstrable knowledge of best practice coaching techniques.
- Experience in learning design principles, 5di methodology is beneficial.
- Proven experience in the design and development of experienced based blended learning journeys.
- Ability to create effective training materials, using interactive training methods, and facilitating group discussions and role-playing activities.
- Strong analytical skills to assess training needs, evaluate training effectiveness, and identify areas where sales reps need improvement. Additionally, being able to solve problems and provide creative solutions to sales challenges is important.
- Collaborate across the broader T&D design team as a SME to ensure content remains current and up to date together with an understanding of document control processes.
