Aurora resourcing are looking for a passionate and fast learning Childrens social worker with a special interest in Therapeutic Fostering and children in Care.

An amazing opportunity for a Newly Qualified or recently qualified social worker to join an 'outstanding’ and therapeutic fostering agency that focuses solely on the quality of care for the children they work with.

Fostering experience is not necessary for this team based in Bristol. Most importantly they are looking for a social worker that is focused on positive outcomes for children and is interested in working with foster carers and have a keen interest in thetherapeutic aspect of this role.

This therapeutic and child focused agency are looking for a dedicated and passionate social worker, someone open to development and change and willing to learn and pick up how to become a supervising social worker but still able to give their input as youwill also be instrumental in developing the region for planned growth.

You will be supporting and developing foster carers in region between Bristol and Bridgwater with the office being based within Bristol. Home working is allowed with a great deal of flexibility given.

- Salary from £28,000 - £36,000

**To be eligible you must be**:

- HCPC registered
- A qualified social worker with placement experience within Childrens services, ideally children in care and fostering.
- Be a car driver able to travel the North Somerset/Wiltshire region.
