**Senior Cyclic Agent**

Milestone Infrastructure is currently looking to recruit a Senior Cyclic Agent to work on our Devon Highways contract across the county.

As the Senior Cyclic Agent you will be part of our cyclical maintenance team who are responsible for cyclical maintenance across Devon.

Works undertaken include the following: gully emptying, jetting, clearing and cleaning ditches and other drainage features, clearing and cleaning carriageway and footways, grass-cutting, vegetation clearance and weed spraying.

**As the Senior Cyclic Agent your duties & responsibilities will be**:

- Manage the cyclical agents and works scheduler.
- Ensure works programmes are being followed, are up to date and progress is as expected.
- Manage resourcing levels, supplementing direct resource with sub-contract as and when required.
- Undertake SHEQ audits and ensure team are undertaking audit as required.
- Lead and/ or attend meetings as necessary to maintain good communication with service manager, staff and operatives.
- Monitor plant utilisation, service requirements and replacement strategy.
- Forecast budget expenditure and cost recovery against task orders.

**Skills & Knowledge Requirements**
- Good knowledge of cyclical work types, outputs and other delivery considerations
- Good inter personal and communication skills.
- IT competency, knowledge and experience in use of required systems including Kaarbontech.
