About the role
The BMW & MINI Division continues to grow and we’re excited to add the brand new role of Assistant Accountant to our Accounts Teams at the newly acquired Sytner BMW and MINI Tring and Luton dealerships.This role will be supporting both sites.

As an Assistant Accountant, you’ll be putting into practice your organisation skills, strong communication and excellent teamwork as you support the day to day functions of the Accounts department. Working in all ledgers, you’ll embrace the demanding natureof this role. You will also assist the Dealership Accountant and our management team in other ad-hoc duties where your expertise is required.

Our Assistant Accountants work a variety of flexible patterns between Mondays - Friday; however this sometimes can include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.

Previous experience and a good working knowledge of all accounting routines, including stock checks and month end reconciliations are essential. Knowledge of the CDK / Kerridge / Keyloop Dealer Management system and Microsoft Office suite is not essentialbut would be advantageous.

Ideally you will be enthusiastic, well organised, diligent, and able to work to strict deadlines whilst paying attention to detail and working both as an individual and as part of a small team.
