Our client is looking to recruit a Graduate Financial Analyst who will be an integral part of the finance team in a high growth organisation. You will work directly alongside the COO manipulating and interpreting financial data to allow strategic decisionsto be made for further growth. Responsibilities for the Graduate Financial Analyst:

- Use advanced data manipulation techniques to assess the success of strategic initiatives
- Preparation of financial information and analysis for the monthly Operating Committee and executive board, preparing commentary and insight and ensuring accurate and timely consolidation and submission of board packs
- Identify ways to grow company revenues and improve productivity
- Present compelling business cases to C-suite stakeholders
- Improve data quality through use of Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx and Qlik
- Present insights into areas such as business performance, how to enhance product offering and competitor analysis
Key requirements for the Graduate Financial Analyst:

- Degree educated in a numerical discipline
- Previous experience in a related field such as finance, business intelligence or insights
- Analytical mindset and ability to draw conclusions from large data sets
- Strong communication skills to build relationships with stakeholders
- Interest in using tools such as SQL, Alteryx, Power BI
- Ability to present a compelling story using data and quantitative metrics
