1st Line of Defence, KYC QA is part of Financial Crime Risk & Client Risk Oversight Team, within Investment Bank & Corporate Bank IB&CB Central. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a Management Team of seven experienced KYC & Data specialists, who manage a Global team of 90 people.

You would play a critical role, responsible for helping the organisation grow and deliver on a variety of Regulatory, business as usual & Strategic priorities.

You will work with stakeholders across the three lines of defence, business and technology, to ensure through collaboration we achieve sustainable improvements in the Bank’s KYC Quality.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Quarterly Review of KYC QA Composition working with QA Production & management information leads to ensure adherence to QA Target Operating model
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to manage process changes effectively
- As a member of KYC QA Senior Leadership team engage in conversations on key deliverables; providing expert advice and ensuring all impacts across QA teams are fully considered
- Key contributor to the peer review, fail overturn analysis and consequence management reporting. Ad-hoc projects where KYC expertise is required

**Your skills and experience**
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Profound knowledge/ understanding of KYC matters and topics with previous relevant industry experience
- Analytical skills and attention to detail, with ability to think laterally around issues, proposing solutions where required
- Ability to utilise your own area of expertise and knowledge to contribute to significant improvements in operational processes and policies
