Have you got the experience to lead a team of Process Assistants, maintaining a high level of service to Clients?
We are actively looking for someone who can manage a small team or Process Assistants within our SSCL Joint venture. The team provides a high volume transaction processing service to all our large scale clients. The Clients include the Cabinet Office, DWP, MOJ and HSE to name a few
You will be required to work 2 days in our Newport office and 3 from home.

**What you’ll be doing**:
Manage the team, support with their workload and ensure SLAs are met to maintain a strong working relationship with our clients.
To ensure that agreed Processes and Quality Requirements are adhered to and underpin the work the team carry out.
To empower, lead and develop the team and encourage positive communication.
To identify and implement improvements using statistical data, raising report on and lead improvement projects.
To check and authorise processes across the team where required.
To lead on changes within own area through the change management process.
To maintain/update procedural documentation and how the team carry out business as usual.
Provide support to the wider team where required.

**What you’ll bring**:
Able to lead, manage and mentor small teams
Experienced understanding of relevant systems e.g. Oracle
Highly developed user of Microsoft Office
Able to influence behaviour of colleagues and clients
Very strong interpersonal skills
Able to identify areas of weakness and recommend improvements
Ability to handle budgets (FTEs, overtime)
Mass data analysis

**It would be great if you had**:
Previous experience of the JVs
Experience working alongside large clients
