As part of the wider BI team, you will be closely involved with other colleagues in crafting how this futurelooks, learning new skills and delivering self-serve, interactive reporting. **What you’ll do** Our BI Analyst roles offer lots of autonomy to make key decisions and data driven recommendations to stakeholders across the business. You will own the development, production and automation of our suite of reports using the latest tech including SQL, Excel,Business Objects and Looker. Identifying key trends and helping form practical insight on issues, opportunities and performance drivers. Learning about our business objectives, you will be part of cross team forums and will build relationships with colleagues to improve the quality of insight and creatively seek out opportunities to improve our BI offering and challenge the status quo. **How you’ll do it**: - Have a passion for analysis and data - an understanding of SQL query writing and BI tools would be helpful but not essential. - Build strong peer to peer relationships across BI and with key partners across the business. - Learn and develop every day through our dedicated L&D time and personal self-development fund.
