**Company description**

**We are looking for an experienced Barista for our Ormeau Road store.**

**We are very passionate about our products and having superb coffee served to our customers we use Bailies and Belfast Coffee Roasters coffee beans and you will be using a La Marzocco Coffee Machine.**

Bunelos is a Coffee, Donut and Gelato shop in Annacloy, Newtownards and Belfast serving Coffee and fresh baked Donuts and hand made Gelato delivered fresh every day from our off site Bakery.

**Job description**

In this position you will provide an enthusiastic, friendly and customer focused welcome to all customers of Bunelos and assist them with their purchases. This Job creates the Bunelos Experience for our customers by going above and beyond in terms of the level of customer service you provide, quality beverages and products that we sell at Bunelos. Acting as a brand ambassador, you will be passionate about our business and the products and you will be able to advise customers on our products and make relevant suggestions. When you aren’t engaged in any customer interactions you will complete various other duties which will help to ensure that the function of the shop is efficient and that the environment is clean, hygienic and well maintained.

Key responsibilities
- Consistently provide quality beverages (whole bean), milkshakes, Gelato and Donuts etc to the standard expected at Bunelos and in accordance with all H&S and Covid Secure guidelines
- Pack customer purchases ensuring there is no damage to the products
- Process cash and card payments
- Stock up with the shop, rotate stock items and inform the supervisor/manager of any damage to products or shortages
- Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products
- Maintains regular and punctual attendance
- Barista Experience required
- Available to work flexible hours that will include early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £15,000.00-£20,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Barista experience: 1 year (preferred)
