Employee Resourcing Team Leader

Venn Group is currently working with an NHS Trust, based in Hampshire, who are recruiting for an Employee Resourcing Team Leader to join their dynamic team.

Rate: £16.29 - £18.54 per hour
Location: Hampshire

IR35 Status: Inside

Duration: 3 - 6 months initially

Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the day to day delivery of a comprehensive and responsive Recruitment/Transactional HR service
- Ensure the provision of professional support and guidance on operational and best practice in relation to recruitment and pay terms and conditions
- Responsible for the operational management of the Recruitment/Transactional HR Team’s activities on a day to day basis in order to provide an effective, efficient and customer focussed service which meets the changing needs of the Trusts’ managers and employees
- Support the development and implementation of policies and procedures, providing advice, support and training

Essential Experience:

- Experience working within a busy HR environment
- Previous experience training managers on recruitment, pay terms and conditions
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Previous experience working within an NHS Trust would be beneficial
