Cleaning Team Leader

Position Equans is looking for a Cleaning Team Leader to join our team in Queen Alexandra Hospital, Portsmouth, Hampshire, PO6 3LY on a permanent basis. This full‑time role involves 35 hours per week, with an offered salary of £28,082 per annum and a benefits package. Shift Pattern Flexible working hours from 12:00–21:00 with one day off per week. The role works every other weekend. What you will deliver Responsibility and supervision of housekeepers and patient services assistants on a daily basis, ensuring full cover and effective completion of duties in line with performance standards. Supervision and control of service standards delivered to the Trust at ward/department level, including cleaning and patient food and beverage service. Acting as an interface between ward/department managers and services teams for reactive maintenance requests, encouraging proactive identification and reporting of maintenance defects.
