Responsible for providing high quality service to both internal and external customers.
A strong administration background with a high level of IT Literacy and numeracy skills, the ability to teamwork and offer exceptional levels of service to both internal and external customers and clients.

**Job Title**: Awarding Coordinator (6 month fixed term contract)
**Hours**: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. 1 hour unpaid lunch, 35 hour week
**Location**:Hybrid working from Office/home to be reviewed so flexibility will be required.
**Salary**: £22,487 to £24,000 (rising to £26,703 after 6 months)
**Duration**:6 month fixed term contract**
**Job Summary**:
Taking personal accountability to be respectful of the potential conflict of interest.
- Taking responsibility for ensuring that the integrity of the assessment process is maintained through the implementation and monitoring of your working processes and practices ensuring that they are secure and protected from accidental or deliberate breach by members of staff.
- Working closely with the Awarding Operations Manager and the ICT Team to ensure that the IT systems are secure and protected from accidental or deliberate breach by members of staff.
- Working closely with the Professional Development team to ensure that exam centre availability is maintained to meet the needs of students / delegates and in doing so ensuring that there is no conflict of interest or privileging of information or services to internal study centres.
- Responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely entry of all assessment events, this will include liaison with regional offices, offices in sub-Saharan Africa and outsourced suppliers to ensure deadlines are met and feedback given on data entry quality where appropriate.
- Supporting the Awarding Operations Manager in ensuring invoices submitted relating to key assessment operational activities are correct before passing for sign off e.g. invoices from the international courier.
- To ensure that systems are maintained i.e. SMART, TestReach, Creatio and Group Entry to ensure timely and accurate processing of assessments.
To support IT and ad hoc projects as required adding value and continuous improvement to the customer experience and operational processing.
- Responsible for communicating by social media and other methods of assessment related information, including assessment dates and deadlines and review (appeal) requirements.
