Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
You will be welcomed by a close knit, friendly and committed team who will fully support and guide you through your initial training. Full training will be provided in-house on all products and policies. You will
- Follow up all stairlift surveys with a phone call to customers to check the quality of service from in-house engineers.
- Help customers via the phone to ensure they have all information needed to make an informed choice when buying a stairlift.
- Be the customers point of contact throughout the stairlift installation process.
- Support customers after sale by helping with after sales services such as breakdowns, servicing and maintenance.
- Support local stores and other departments by taking “overflow” calls from their store when they are busy.
- Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions on a CRM system.
- Record details of enquiries, comments and complaints on a CRM system and record details of actions taken.
- Maintain customer databases.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
- Any other Duties

- Good working knowledge of computer systems including excel & mail merge

Hours are 9am to 5.00pm, working 5 days out of 7.
