**PA**
Reporting to the Bursars and working within a tight-knit and collaborative community, this newly created PA role will be a key member of the team, ensuring the lives of the Bursars are made easier and putting systems and processes in place for efficient administrative support.
**PA Responsibilities**
Some of your PA responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Assisting and directing visitors of the Bursars in an efficient and courteous manner
- Managing the diaries for the Bursars, organising events including travel arrangements
- Day-to-Day management of verbal and written correspondence for the Bursars
- Providing a full administrative support including preparation of presentations, committee papers, taking minutes, maintaining office systems
- Leading on projects on behalf of the Bursars to achieve specific tasks or improve the administration function of the college

**The Company**
This is a newly created PA role within this beautiful and historic college in Oxford, committed to education and research.
**PA Experience**
To be successful in this PA role you must be able to demonstrate previous PA experience supporting at Executive level including experience of minute taking and diary management. You will have exceptional communication and grammar skills with the ability to provide a high standard of verbal and written communication with internal and external stakeholders and contacts. You must be on the ball, proactive, using your initiative to get things done and build good working relationships with the Bursars. You will be able to hit the ground running, set up systems and processes, provide assistance with presentations, be adaptable and able to manage changing priorities. Previous experience and knowledge of the college/ higher education environment is highly desirable and a high-level of MS Office skills are essential. You must be comfortable working in a fully office-based role with a flexible work approach.
**PA Location**
This role will mostly be office-based although flexible working hours are considered. This is a central Oxford location. Car parking is available and it is close to public transport links.
